We are James and Grace, the team behind Lineage.

For more than 30 years James has worked on projects throughout New Zealand, developing expertise in terrazzo, stone masonry and artisan concrete.

James’ passion for quality workmanship and attention to detail remains at the heart of everything we do.

While James takes the lead on the technical and practical aspects of every project, Grace manages the business behind the scenes, bringing experience in marketing, customer service and business operations to ensure every project is delivered with professionalism, organisation and clear communication.

Together with our two boys, we call Huia home. When we're not working, you'll usually find us fishing the Manukau Harbour, exploring local beaches, or enjoying the bush walks and natural beauty of Auckland's west coast.
